Refund & Return Policy

At Golpo, we strive to ensure that you love every product you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as received.
• You must provide a valid reason for the return, along with proof of purchase.
  
  

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

• Products bought during sale or with discount codes.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Gift cards or vouchers.🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at golpo.kolkata@gmail.com with a photo of the item and order details.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

• Reason for return
