Return & Refund Policy

At Golpo, we strive to ensure that you love every product you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if you receive a defective or incorrect product.

  • To initiate a return, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery via email or message.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags.

  • Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return/refund.

  • Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method.

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products bought during sale or with discount codes.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at golpo.kolkata@gmail.com with a photo of the item and order details.

  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (in case of damage/defect)
