1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Because many of our products are handcrafted or made in small batches, certain items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Within India

We offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

Golpo ships internationally to selected countries.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

Golpo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Golpo will not be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

7. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package immediately.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will investigate and assist with a resolution.
